Privacy notice

WDental Agency ("we") runs this website to arrange locum dental staff for dental practices. This notice explains what personal information we hold, why, and your rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

What we collect

• Practices: practice name, address and postcode, contact name, phone, email, parking and notes for visiting staff.
• Nurses: name, mobile number, email address and GDC number.
• Shifts, timesheets (including the name and signature of the person who signs for the practice) and invoices.

Sharing nurses' details with practices

When a nurse is booked for a shift, we share their name and mobile number with that practice so the practice can contact them about the shift. Practices don't see any other details about our nurses.

Marketing

We only send practices news and offers if they ticked the box to agree when signing up. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing admin@wdentalagency.com, and we will. Messages about your bookings, timesheets and invoices aren't marketing and are sent either way.
